The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate maintenance operations, supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, and manage vendors and contractors for repairs and facility services. This position is on-call 24 hours a day for facility-related needs.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the maintenance department and housekeeping staff, overseeing maintenance and housekeeping operations across Cunningham-operated buildings on and off campus
- Coordinate and prioritize work orders, maintenance projects, and daily facility operations
- Oversee maintenance of buildings, equipment, vehicles, campus grounds, and the swimming pool
- Perform general maintenance and repair work as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service technicians for specialized repairs and services
- Assist with furniture moving, facility setups, painting, and other operational needs
- Maintain strong working relationships with staff, vendors, and community partners
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance and repair
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Illinois Drivers License
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair, and building systems
- Ability to prioritize work orders and manage multiple projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and contractors
Physical Work Environment
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors
- Regular walking across campus buildings
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Use of maintenance equipment, lawn equipment, and agency vehicles
