Delivery Coordinator – The Route Master Behind the Magic!

Do you love solving puzzles, talking with people, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine? Join the Homemakers team as a Delivery Coordinator, where you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure customers get their furniture delivered smoothly and on time.

In this role, you'll be part traffic controller, part customer advocate, and part problem-solving superstar. You'll build delivery routes, connect with customers to confirm details, coordinate delivery schedules, collect payments when needed, and ensure everything lines up across our systems. Every day brings a new challenge—and a new opportunity to create an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: One weekend day plus four weekdays

What You'll Be Doing:

Creating efficient delivery routes for our drivers
Calling customers to confirm delivery windows and details
Keeping customer information accurate and up to date
Reconciling orders across multiple systems
Collecting balances due and processing payments
Helping ensure every delivery experience is smooth and stress-free
