Human Resources Manager – Distribution Warehouse


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions within our warehouse operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic logistics environment, ensuring effective HR practices that support our team’s growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of HR policies, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with warehouse operational goals

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for warehouse staff

- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment

- Administer payroll, benefits, and performance management programs

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies

- Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts

- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management

Skills and Qualifications:
