Occupational Therapist - OT - OTR (Full time)

A Full-time Occupational Therapist , (OT/OTR), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Utica, NY.  Unfortunately cannot consider a new graduate for this position.  Must have SNF experience. 

Facility is conveniently located near downtown Utica.  The facility has an award-winning rehabilitation team and an experienced rehab director who works well with his team to offer accommodating and convenient hours for his therapists.  This is a fast-paced facility that offer both short term rehabilitation and long term care caseloads.  We are searching for a team oriented therapists who can add to our ability to provide the best care for our patients and residents.  SNF experience and solid documentation skills encouraged.

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.
