Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Always exhibits a polite and professional manner.
- Provides a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients.Â
- Answering, screening, and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel.Â
- Addressing inquiries and concerns from visitors and clients in a friendly and efficient manner.Â
- Monitoring visitor logs, issuing badges, and ensuring a safe environment.Â
- Assists with various administrative duties to ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Manages supplies and equipment, etc.
- Manages, sorts and distributes mail and packages.
- Maintains calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and teleconferences
- Assists with time and attendance tracking
- Prepares expense reports
- Provides assistance on special projects
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
- When needed and as requested, perform other duties or special projects
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are established and followed
- Complete required training including safety training.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Self-directed
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
The hourly page range for this position is $20-22/hr.
Required Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field helpful
- 2 to 5 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other computer applications
