As a Community Outreach Greeter Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, providing assistance and ensuring a smooth experience. Join a team dedicated to hospitality, compassion, and exceptional service. In This Role, You Will: Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors with a warm and professional first impression. Assist patients entering and exiting vehicles, providing wheelchairs or other mobility aids as needed. Escort or transport patients to their destinations within the hospital and provide clear explanations of services. Maintain a clear and organized hospital entrance for efficient drop-off and pick-up. Support the pick-up and drop-off of lab samples, ensuring proper handling procedures. What We're Looking For: A caring individual with a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
