What You’ll Lead & Own Full oversight of hospital buildings, infrastructure, and critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical) Preventive and corrective maintenance programs that keep operations running smoothly Regulatory compliance with NFPA, CMS, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards Leadership, coaching, and development of a skilled Plant Operations team Vendor and contractor management for specialized services and capital projects Performance tracking through KPIs, work order metrics, and preventive maintenance compliance Collaboration with hospital leadership to align facility priorities with patient care needs This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for a leader who wants visibility, influence, and accountability.
