JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to support our production and manufacturing facilities. As the Facility Maintenance Manager, you will manage and support various operations and ongoing projects.  You will report to the Facility Director and be accountable for completion of assigned projects and to ensure the Facility General Manager and associated department managers have the materials, equipment and information necessary to achieve production goals.Ā 

CORE JOB DUTIESĀ 

Engineering / MaintenanceĀ 

  • Responsibility for all engineering projects occurring at the facilityĀ 
  • Responsible for supervision of the maintenance team at the facilityĀ 
  • Support various project assignments and punch lists, including travel for Equipment Acceptance, Installations and Commissioning as neededĀ 
  • Implement and manage a Plant-wide Preventative Maintenance System, Maintenance Work Order and Priority System, Spare Parts Inventory & Planning SystemĀ 
  • EstimatingĀ 
  • Assist Director of Operations in review of contracts and proposalsĀ 
  • Manage project specific materials and equipment purchasesĀ 
  • Sourcing (including ROI packages)Ā 
  • Maintaining vendor relationsĀ 
  • Review specifications and scope of workĀ 
  • Prepare and distribute submittalsĀ 

Project ManagementĀ 

  • Support Operations and Department Managers with equipment manufacturer communicationsĀ 
  • Collaborate with project team members to prepare and submit change ordersĀ 
  • Assist and support Operations and Department Managers by attending project meetingsĀ 
  • Coordinate all outside contractors, hazmat inspections, hazardous waste disposal, and other inspections as requiredĀ 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLSĀ Ā 

  • At least 3-5 years relevant technical experienceĀ 
  • Experience developing, reviewing, redlining and approving electrical, mechanical and pneumatic schematicsĀ 
  • Advanced MS Office skillsĀ 
  • Knowledgeable with OSHA requirements and safety practicesĀ 
  • Must be flexible and have a ā€œhands-onā€ approach, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesĀ 
  • Excellent organization, communications, and computer skillsĀ 
  • Ability to motivate, provide leadership and create a team environment.Ā 
  • CAD Modeling (e.g. Autocad / Solidworks)Ā 
  • Previous experience in a highly regulated environment is a plus  
  • Experience managing and leading a project / maintenance / engineering team preferredĀ 
  • 1-3 years automation engineering experience within controlled substance manufacturing industry preferredĀ 
  • Familiarity with Software Qualification (GAMP 5) and CQV (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ) preferredĀ
