Automotive Parts Driver

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Automotive Parts Driver to join our growing dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
As a Parts Driver, you will play a critical role in supporting our Parts and Service Departments by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to wholesale customers, collision centers, vendors, and other dealership locations. Automotive parts drivers are typically responsible for coordinating deliveries with the parts department, verifying orders, and safely transporting parts while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Safely pick up and deliver automotive parts and equipment to customers, vendors, body shops, and other dealership locations.
  • Verify delivery orders and invoices for accuracy before loading and unloading.
  • Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
  • Coordinate daily delivery routes with the Parts Department.
  • Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory when not making deliveries.
  • Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and report any maintenance concerns.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous service.
  • Follow all dealership safety policies and California traffic laws.
Qualifications
  • Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Automotive parts knowledge is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude.
