This role is primarily remote, but candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the communities served by Travis Credit Union, which include the following counties: Alameda, Colusa, Contra Costa, Merced, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, and Yolo. For hybrid and remote roles, candidates are still required to reside within a commutable distance of our corporate headquarters in Vacaville, California.

Summary: The Enterprise Application Administrator plays a key role in advancing Travis Credit Union’s (TCU) enterprise platforms by translating business needs into scalable, user-centered solutions. This role partners with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize platform capabilities that align with organizational strategy. Administrators combine technical expertise with business analysis skills to drive adoption, enhance user experience, and ensure seamless integration with TCU’s broader enterprise systems. Supported platforms may include CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LOS (e.g., Encompass), eSignature (e.g., DocuSign), or other critical enterprise applications. Platform assignments may evolve based on business needs and team capacity. This role supports TCU’s mission by delivering technology solutions that empower members and staff to achieve their financial goals.Â
Profile:
- Supports the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of assigned enterprise platform(s), ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise architecture.Â
- Serves as a key administrator and solution designer for the assigned enterprise platform(s), supporting a user base across multiple departments.Â
- Partners with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, user-centered solutions.Â
- Performs user administration, reporting, dashboard creation, automation, and configuration tasks by platform governance standards.Â
- Participates in or leads integration efforts with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.Â
- Contributes to platform governance, including change management, release planning, patching, upgrades, and documentation of configuration decisions across development, test, and production environments.Â
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the full lifecycle of platform initiatives from discovery and design to testing, deployment, and adoption.Â
- Develops and maintains technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Supports platform scalability and operational readiness through proactive monitoring, audit preparation, and adherence to enterprise standards.
- Engages in continuous learning and knowledge sharing to stay current with platform innovations and enterprise application best practices.
- Analyzes complex platform issues and determines their implications for system support.
- Participates in user enablement efforts, including “train the trainer” sessions and user onboarding in partnership with Learning & Organizational Development.

- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply vendor tools for platform configuration, integration, and support.
- Understanding of enterprise data models and experience managing deployments across assigned enterprise application environments (e.g., sandbox, UAT, production) with adherence to change control processes.
- Experience designing and optimizing business processes using platform automation tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story development.
- Strong documentation skills, including process flows, configuration decisions, and user guides aligned with governance standards.
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
- Problem-solving skills across systems, integrations, and business operations, with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Experience:
- Associate Enterprise Application Administrator
- Perform duties that require sound judgment within established procedures and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree, and 1-3 years of platform administration experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Enterprise Application Administrator Â
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in the administration, configuration, and support of enterprise-level applications.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of platform administration experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Senior Enterprise Application Administrator Â
- Exercises a high degree of independent judgment and discretion in managing, optimizing, and evolving enterprise-wide application systems.
- Bachelor's degree, and 5-8 years of platform administration experience.
Compensation:Â
- Associate Enterprise Application Administrator:Â Â Non-Exempt / $36.47/hr - $45.06/hr
- Enterprise Application Administrator: Exempt / $90,084.80/annually - $111,280.00/annually
- Sr. Enterprise Application Administrator: Exempt / $116,646.40/annually - $144,102.40/annually
