Four Seasons Vail and James Beard Award winners Frasca Hospitality Group, led by Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, and Peter Hoglund, have collaborated to create Tavernetta Vail. Part of the Frasca Hospitality Group, home to the Michelin-starred Frasca Food and Wine, Tavernetta Denver is recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand and is known for its genuine hospitality and authentic Italian fare.

The group has expanded to include the Italian and European inspired eateries of Pizzeria Alberico and Sunday Vinyl and seek to continue this dedication to providing warm and gracious hospitality with the opening of Tavernetta Vail at the Four Seasons Resort by hiring enthusiastic, ambitious, and humble staff to uphold a culture of excellence, education, and respect.

About The Role:

This full-timeposition is dedicated to providing exceptional quality service to our guests.The main responsibility of this role is to serve guest needs by providing expert knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, as well as information regarding preparation methods. The Bartender is responsible forassisting with product inventory, bar supplies, and objectivesthatmanagers set for the bar.

What You Will Do:

Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, following the standards and sequence of service.

Follow bar P&Ps and daily checklists.

Handle any requests in a courteous and efficient manner, following up to ensure the guest is aware of the follow-up.

Provide quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol laws while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.

Ensure that each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile.

Assist in drink development, special promotions/events, product inventory, and any other related task.

What You Bring:

One or moreyears ofbartending experience, preferable within a luxury hotel and/or high-end bar environment.

Working knowledge of Micros POS system is beneficial.

Strong interpersonal and personal presentation skills.

Guest-focused mentality and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.

The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.

Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a full-time position.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
