Job Summary:

This position serves as an overnight hybrid for both the front desk night auditor position and overnight security. The role is responsible for providing genuine and authentic guest service according to RockResort brand standards and following The Arrabelle SOPs. This role is also responsible for all closing reports, will complete all tasks each evening on the night auditor or security checklist and set the Arrabelle up for success for the following day. Shifts will be covered as needed with some nights as Security and others as Front Desk Night Audit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process nightly closing reports through IqWare, and Universal desktop
  • Complete Flash Report and End of Day Passon for hotel distribution
  • Complete all parts of Night Audit checklist accurately and efficiently
  • Complete Weekly Inventory Audit of Front Office supplies and report to AFOM and FOM.
  • Input all information necessary for up coming arrivals into Alice.
  • Process reservations and No Shows to SOP and training standards
  • Answer phone calls politely and efficiently to meet and exceed all guest needs and requests
  • Ensure accurate check-in and checkout processes according to RockResorts brand standard
  • Creates accurate keys to guest rooms according to owner log and Iqware reservations
  • Complete all additional projects and tasks given by management
  • Ability to sustain composure at all times and remain calm during difficult situations
  • Complies with all Resort policies, procedures and standards of operation
  • Interacting with property-owners, guests, and employees.
  • Assisting guests, residents, and employees with vehicle jump-starts, vehicle-unlocks, intrusion alarms and motor vehicle accidents.
  • Basic First Aid response.
  • Enacting general emergency procedures in conjunction with resort policies.
  • Basic understanding of emergency and law enforcement services and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Work experience in a guest service facet, hotel audit preferred. Accounting experience a plus
  • CPR Certificate preferred, Valid Drivers License
  • Microsoft Office, Property Management Systems, General Computing
  • Ability to communicate in english effectively in both written and verbal mediums
  • Ability to speak multiple languages a plus, accounting experience

 

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
