Position Summary:
This position will provide administrative and technical oversight for the Preventative Maintenance (PM) System and maintain associated data.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process, Disposition, and tracking of PM Change Requests (PMCRs) by coordinating with Maintenance, Operations, SERVS, and /or Engineering.
- Recommend improvements and changes to the Preventative Maintenance Management process in conjunction with Maintenance, Operations, SERVS, and/or Engineering.
- Work closely with the Reliability Engineers and provide SME support to the organization for the Preventative Maintenance Procedure AMS-026-01.
Other Job Responsibilities:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Professional Associations):
Mandatory Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
- Experience with maintenance, planning, regulations, financial management, interpersonal communication, materials management, records management, and safety management.
- Strong analytical and organization skills.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Current Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Current Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) or ability to obtain one.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Preferred Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience working with Oracle EAM and PM Analysis experience.
- Previous TAPS experience.
