CDL-A Regional Driver

Pay: $1,350–$1,550 per week
Freight: Refrigerated, 100% no-touch freight
Home Time: Every other week (2 days off)

Regional lane coverage and dependable delivery consistency help CDL-A drivers stay productive while operating established refrigerated routes with scheduled home time and assigned equipment.

Inside Your Truck: Assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors include a Thermo King APU, 2500-watt inverter, refrigerator, Bluetooth capability, double bunk, and outward-facing cameras only. SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic reefer trailers are used throughout the fleet, and assigned equipment may be parked at home when secure parking is available.

The Route: Drivers operate primarily east of I-35 hauling temperature-controlled freight through established regional lanes. Freight is 100% no-touch and includes a combination of drop-and-hook and scheduled live-load deliveries that help maintain productive weekly mileage.

Pay & Home Time: Drivers earn $1,350–$1,550 per week with pay for every dispatched mile, loaded and empty. This regional position includes two days at home every other week while providing consistent mileage opportunities. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available, along with quarterly performance incentives and additional accessorial pay when applicable.

Getting Started: Paid company orientation helps drivers transition directly into scheduled regional freight assignments with established lane coverage.
