What you'll do
As a Production Operator, you'll rotate through key roles on our 2nd shift team, learning the ins and outs of food production from start to finish:

  • Hanger – Inspect product for defects and move it from the stuffing line to trees/racks
  • Stuffer – Set correct sausage lengths and inspect for quality
  • Takedown – Inspect and verify product for packaging
  • Packer – Place product into formed pockets while checking for defects

Most people pick up a new role within 2–5 days, and full proficiency comes within two weeks β€” we'll train you every step of the way.

Schedule: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM | Up to 40 hours/week, with occasional overtime (up to 2 extra hours/day) depending on production needs

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • A team player who's willing to learn different roles and rotate as needed
  • Comfortable with basic computer use (we'll teach you our systems)
  • Good attention to detail and record-keeping
  • Food industry experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to read and follow procedure sheets, labels, and safety materials

Physical requirements: Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and lift up to 50 lbs. Work is performed in a cool environment (45Β°F) on concrete floors with moderate noise levels β€” appropriate PPE provided.
