This position is responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests and team members. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues. Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs as needed. Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and building equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety standards. Assist with emergency maintenance situations when necessary. Qualifications Previous hotel maintenance experience is preferred but not required. General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
