Requirements
Position summary
Supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the retail pharmacy by serving as the primary point of contact for patients and delivering exceptional patient care.
Essential Functions
- Models and holds others accountable to the Barnes culture and acts as a coach and mentor for others in the organization.
- Assists the pharmacy team in dispensing medications and supplies.Â
- Communicates with patients regarding the status of their prescriptions.
- Arranges deliveries and supports the delivery driver.Â
- Answers phones, greets customers, and provides world class customer service.
- Acts as a role model of the Barnes culture and coaches and develops team members.
Minimum qualifications and skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
