Schedule: Flexible shifts between 6:00 AM – 10:30 PM (based on business needs)
Training Schedule: 8-week paid training

 Job Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented healthcare Claims Processor to support a fast-paced healthcare team. This role is fully remote and requires strong accuracy, time management, multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Review emails and Microsoft Teams messages at the start of each shiftÂ
Log into internal systems and begin processing claimsÂ
Accurately enter and review data in a high-volume environmentÂ
Monitor team chats and adjust workflow based on team needsÂ
Complete assigned tasks and meet productivity goalsÂ
Follow scheduled breaks and lunch per company policyÂ
 Requirements
GED or HS Diploma
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Strong attention to detail and accuracyÂ
Ability to work independently in a remote settingÂ
Adaptable and able to shift priorities quicklyÂ
Proficient with computers and data entry systemsÂ
Reliable internet connection requiredÂ
Must have a dedicated workspaceÂ

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $15.00.
