• Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer and telephone skills is required for effective communication and documentation.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to assist others are crucial for fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CMS Face-to-Face Encounter regulations is preferred.
• Self-Motivated: You should be capable of working independently and managing your time effectively.

What You Will Do as a Home Health Coordinator:

• Support the Compliance Quality team in daily operations of the Home Health office.
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and participate in quality review activities.
• Provide education and oversight related to CMS regulations.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance processes and productivity.
