Now Hiring- Materials Management Clerk

Cherry County Hospital & Clinic is seeking a dependable and organized Materials Management Clerk to join our team.  In this role, you'll help ensure our departments have the supplies they need by receiving and maintaining inventory and the distribution of medical and office supplies. 

Responsibilities:

• Order and maintain inventory of supplies
• Receive, organize, and distribute deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels and rotate stock
• Compare pricing and assist with purchasing decisions
• Maintain purchase orders and inventory records
• Work collaboratively with hospital departments
• Follow HIPAA and hospital confidentiality policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Purchasing or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong organizational and basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry boxes and perform repetitive bending and lifting
