Delivery Driver

Mare Island Brewing Co. located on Mare Island in Vallejo, CA on the banks of the Napa River and recently voted "Best Brewery of the Bay Area" in 2026's SF GATE reader poll, is looking to add a worthy soul to help deliver and merchandise our delicious beer to the thirsty masses throughout the Bay! You would be a part of our small, yet dedicated wholesale team as a delivery driver starting your day at our facility at 5am, five days a week (weekdays only).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19-21/hr
The position would be full-time, scheduled for (and with an expectation to work) 40 hours per week, and classified as "non-exempt," with overtime compensation. This position also includes:

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Starting and finishing at our brewing facility daily
• Safe handling of company vehicles — branded cargo vans and our 4-bay branded beer truck on a Ford F-350 body
• Delivering cans and kegs to businesses throughout the Bay
• Customer interaction at points of delivery
• Trouble shooting beer draught systems at accounts
• Merchandising product in store

Requirements include:

• 21 years or older
• No CDL required
• Ability to lift 165lb kegs
• Clean DMV record a must
• Forklift experience a plus
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledge of craft beer a plus
• Comfortable driving all day
• Honest and trustworthy
• Great sense of humor always welcomed
