Responsibilities:
路 Coordinating the daily operation of park zones, and administering daily assignments for the team
路 Complying with and enforcing all aspects of the Park Services training program, including the daily application and supervision of all training procedures, policies, and documentation
路 Writing and updating a department schedule; assisting in specialized recruiting when appropriate
路 Answering guest questions
路 Motivating and interacting with Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members
路 Coaching Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members to monitor efficiency standards and achieve cleanliness standard across the park
路 Auditing the skills and performance of department Team Members, Leads, and Supervisors
路 Coaching and developing Team Members on guest service, training, safety, and efficiency
路 Overseeing the development of Supervisors and Leads
路 Completing and maintaining all formal documents and audit forms used on a daily basis in the department
路 Enforcing all Six Flags Discovery Kingdom policies
路 Assisting in other areas of the Park Services Department
路 Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
路 At least 18 years of age
路 Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
路 Previous park services experience
路 Be available to work flexible hours at night, weekends and holidays
