Job DetailsJob Location: Bay Village - Vallejo, CA 94590Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $30.00 - $35.00 HourlyPosition Summary Sack Capital Partners is looking for an experienced Sr. Assistant Community Director who can support sites within our East Bay portfolio, specifically, Vallejo, CA, and Pinole, CA. The ideal candidate is looking for a great career opportunity and be a valuable contributor within our growing Property Management company. Essential Responsibilities and Functions Responsible for financial analysis and working with Community Director to meet our financial goals. Maintain quality control of property including curb appeal and inspections. Responsible for all resident concerns and staying up to date on all applicable laws and regulations. Assist with the management of maintenance programs and participate in the smooth execution of capital improvement projects. Ensure the effective use of leasing strategies and oversee the marketing plan for the site. Provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, and investors to leave a professional and positive impression of Sack Capital Partners. Create a positive work environment to attain company objectives.  QualificationsQualifications 4 years’ experience in Property Management. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills. Must be eligible to work in the United States. High School Diploma or equivalent required.   Benefits Competitive salary, equivalent to $70,000.00 annually, and up to 6% annual bonus.potential.
