Develop and implement business plans to achieve established standards for service, quality and profit for all operations of Front Office, Hotel Services, PBX, Laundry; Housekeeping, Valet, Wardrobe, and Spa departments, according to established standards to provide maximum customer / team member service and satisfaction while achieving financial goals.  

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business, financial, and capital plans that align with the resort's objectives and drive profitability across all hotel operations. 
  • Identify and implement initiatives that increase occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall market competitiveness. 
  • Analyze financial, operational, and service performance metrics, proactively adjusting strategies and presenting recommendations to senior leadership. 
  • Oversee pricing, quality, marketing support, service standards, and operational processes to ensure an exceptional guest experience and strong business results. 
  • Ensure hotel operations support casino marketing initiatives, VIP guest experiences, special events, and property-wide service excellence. 
  • Establish, monitor, and maintain quality assurance, labor management, and cost control programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and budgetary guidelines. 
  • Lead, coach, and hold departmental leaders accountable for operational performance, service standards, financial results, and team engagement. 
  • Develop a high-performing leadership culture through succession planning, cross-training, career development, coaching, and regular performance discussions. 
  • Foster an engaging, inclusive, and fun work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, retention, teamwork, and continuous improvement. 
  • Lead all operations with integrity and accountability while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum five years of hotel operations experience, including 3-5 years in a senior management role. 
  • Proven multi-department leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or casino environment of similar size and complexity. 
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control. 
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards. 
  • Proven track record of developing leaders, promoting employee growth, and building high-performing teams. 
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.     
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.  

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino. 
  • Must be able to work independently. 
  • Must be able to work multiple projects concurrently. Candidate should be detail oriented, self-motivated and should be able to prioritize work appropriately. 
  • Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts. 
  • Must be able to work any assigned shift. 
  • Must be able to deal effectively with diverse departments and have flexibility to work in an ever-changing work environment. 
  • Must be able to speak distinctly and persuasively to others. 
  • Able to write memos, letters, and reports.     
  • Able to understand, interpret and analyze written and financial reports. 
  • Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino and the retail shops.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. 
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. 

 

Salary: Starting at $120k per year, depending on experience.
