This position is the primary first responder to all medical emergencies for guest and employee injuries and illnesses. Oversees and controls incidents, handles evidence, assists supervisor in coordinating emergencies, delivers training in the absence of the training coordinator, reviews other officer’s reports for accuracy. To provide superior service to the resort’s guests by seeking opportunities to be of service, maintaining highly visible patrols to ensure a safe gaming experience, and assuring quality support to other departments so they may serve guests more effectively.Â
