The primary purpose of the Saturation Operator position is to perform setups, assembly, pack out, and in-process inspection of saturated non-woven products.
Responsibilities
- Reads and interprets EDS's, Control Plans, and Work Orders as necessary to complete production
- Performs equipment setup and material changeover
- Requests required materials by distributing material KANBAN cards to the material handler.
- Performs in-process inspections as required by the Control Plans.
- Cleans the manufacturing work area as necessary or as required by maintenance work order.
- Follows product drawings to complete assembly and pack out process.
- Others as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
