We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts at our 206-unit apartment community. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and achieving occupancy goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct tours and confidently close leases
- Follow up on all leads and manage prospect pipeline
- Maintain strong occupancy and renewal performance
- Process applications and lease paperwork accurately
- Monitor market trends and support marketing efforts
- Assist other company assets as directed
This position does not have direct reports and requires someone who is self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of apartment leasing experience
- Proven closing skills and strong sales mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Ability to travel locally when needed
- Ability to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays
