Position Responsibilities: Â
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the business including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulations
- Perform building related installation and maintenance including, but not limited to furniture assembly, data/ power installations, plumbing and lighting repair
- Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas
- Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities
- Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
- Keep areas clean and organized, including cleaning dock levelers, dock bays, pressure washing building surfaces, cleaning HVAC systems (interior and exterior) maintaining a clean maintenance department
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Required Education and Experience: Â
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) with 2 plus years of related experienceÂ
Preferred Education and Experience: Â
Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification Â
