LIQGO SHIFT SUPERVISOR – JOB DESCRIPTION

LiqGo Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

The LiqGo Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the shift’s performance and managing tasks in a practical and objective manner during an assigned shift.  The LiqGo Shift Supervisor maintains a safe and secure environment for all associates.  The LiqGo Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager. 

LiqGo Shift Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Greet all customers
• Make sales transactions quickly and accurately
• Maintain stock and inventory using available tools and resources
• Complete shift reports and account for inventory during vendor check-ins
• Treat customers and co-workers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Complete shift sheets and account for Cigarette & Lottery inventory 
• Maintain general appearance and cleanliness of store premises
• Possess the ability to merchandise and keep records
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all customers and employees
• Lead, train, motivate and develop team members
• Create positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect

Experience/Qualifications:

• Must be over 21 
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Able to obtain Liquor License and complete Indiana Server Training Program
• Self-motivated, dependable
• Strong customer service skills
• Lift up to 50 pounds 
• Stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% customer focus
• Basic mathematics skills

Preferred Skills:

• Retail background
• Cash handling experience

Hours:

The LiqGo Shift Supervisor is a full time position and can work up to 40 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed. Open availability is required.

Salary/Income:

The LiqGo Shift Supervisor is a non-exempt, hourly position
