Responsibilities

Your Role as a PTA:

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries and improve mobility
• Work hands-on with patients using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional movement techniques
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Document progress accurately and collaborate with the PT team to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Contribute to a positive and engaging clinic culture where patient success is the priority

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Passion for patient-centered, hands-on care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, growth-minded professional who thrives in a supportive, dynamic clinic
