Your Impact on the Line:
- Keep Production Moving: Assist with site maintenance, material handling, sweeping, shoveling, mowing and more to ensure our production facilities stays clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Champion Workplace Safety: Maintain 100% compliance with OSHA and company regulations. Consistently wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support Facility Operations: Assist plant management and other teams with day-to-day operational tasks to keep our concrete production on schedule.
What You Bring to the Crew:
- Credentials: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, plus a valid driver’s license and an insurable, clean driving record.
- Physical Grit: This is a heavy-duty physical role. You must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (and occasionally up to 100 lbs), with significant walking, climbing, bending, and standing throughout the shift.
- Communication Skills: Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication in English to stay safe and coordinated around heavy rolling equipment.
- The Gear: You must provide your own safety-approved work boots.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience operating a forklift or skid steer is a major plus, but a great work ethic and reliability are what matter most.
The Work Environment:
This is an active, outdoor industrial position. You will work in changing Midwest weather elements, extreme temperatures, and high-noise environments.
