In this role, you’ll perform hands-on assembly work to build tracks, doors, and other products according to precise customer specifications. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality results. What You’ll Do Read and interpret job cards and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly Assemble components using a variety of fastening methods, including bolting, riveting, clipping, and screwing Operate handheld tools and portable machinery to complete assembly tasks Position and align parts correctly before fastening to meet specifications Work across multiple workstations and rotate tasks based on production needs Assist with machine operations for force fitting and fastening processes Cut and shape materials to required dimensions Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards and are defect-free Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We’re Looking For Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and instructions Comfort using hand tools such as riveters, saws, and other assembly equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexibility to work in different areas of production as needed Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Work Environment & Safety Follow all company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures Work respectfully and collaboratively with team members Maintain a clean and orderly workspace at all times Additional Responsibilities Support the team with other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities None If you’re looking for a steady, hands-on role where you can contribute to building quality products and be part of a collaborative team, we encourage you to apply.   Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Essential High School Diploma / GED or higher-level education.
