Shop- General Utility

Big Daddy's Truck and Trailer Repair, a subsidiary of Coyote Rock LLC, is a fast paced and growing On-Highway Tractor and Trailer Repair shop located in North Texas, that specializes in the repair, sales, and support of Heavy on road diesel trucks, trailers, etc. We currently are seeking to fill a position for General Utility. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property, perform wash bay services, perform tire changes/repair and Preventive Maintenance on customer equipment, parts pickups and deliveries, and other tasks as assigned by the General Manager or designee. Candidate will be required to own basic tools. We offer competitive experience-based pay, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, and access to our comprehensive medical plan.

Full Time

Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: $15-$20

The General Utility job responsibilities will include:

• Provide professional and quality customer service at all times
• Maintain a Safety-First mindset in all job functions
• Maintain a clean and hazard free working environment
• Lead the efforts in performing general housekeeping services for the office and shop area
• Provide cleaning and wash services to customer units as required
• Perform parts pickups and deliveries effectively and efficiently
• Perform Preventive Maintenance services on trucks & trailers when assigned
• Perform tire repairs & changes safely when assigned.
• Adapt to changing work conditions and volume
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Being on your feet the majority of the workday
• Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50lbs.
• Driving manual transmission vehicles safely
• Keeping a brisk work pace throughout the day
• Working in cold and/or wet environments for extended periods
