Enterhealth is a nationally recognized leader in the addiction field. The Enterhealth Residential Treatment Program ("The Ranch"), located in Van Alstyne, Texas, is a premier, dual-diagnosis, residential treatment facility dedicated to supporting the healing process of addiction recovery. The residential therapist is integral to Enterhealth's comprehensive treatment program designed to maintain recovery. The residential therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other professionals. The residential therapist will be responsible for conducting individual patient and family therapy, as well as educational and process group programming. Patient caseloads are kept low to allow for maximum patient and family engagement and to ensure a superior therapeutic experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Drive innovation and science-based treatment of the disease of addiction in the outpatient setting.
  • Actively collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop an individualized plan of care.
  • Design and maintain onboarding and development opportunities for outpatient center staff
  • Perform primary counselor duties for clients and their families, including psychosocial assessments, development of treatment plans, case management, crisis intervention, group, individual, family, and didactic sessions; discharge summary and planning; and coordination of treatment services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and referral sources to enhance and promote services

Qualifications:

  • Advanced trained Master's degree or Ph.D. in behavioral science or related field
  • LPC, LPC-S, LCSW, LMFT-S
  • CPR and SAMA Certification within 30 days of employment
  • Experience working with addictions and psychiatric disorders (or dual diagnosis)
