Schedule: Full-Time / 36 Hours
Shift: 2 Days 6a-6p/ 1 Night 6p-6a
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt


  

Pay Range

$24.65 – $39.30 per hour 

The compensation range listed above represents the good-faith range Cary Medical Center anticipates relying upon when making an offer for this position. Starting pay is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.


 Job Summary:


RN or LPN delivers quality nursing care according to the standards within the ANA Standards of Clinical Practice and Maine Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates competence in nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Exhibits leadership skills and teamwork. Promotes patient advocacy and supports learning needs of staff. Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization’s vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of patient’s age and culture in provision of patient care. Maintains organizational and unit requirements. Promotes a collaborative and cooperative environment with emphasis on customer service.


 

Requirements

Licenses and Education:

  • Maintain current RN or LPN licensure.
  • Maintain all required education for ICF/IID/Nursing Facility
  • Maintains current BLS Health Care provider course.

Availability: 

  • Depending on department staffing needs, you may be asked to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
