Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Forklift Operators / Pallet Repair & Utility Associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role will involve forklift operation, pallet repair, and general utility support to help maintain efficient warehouse operations. Candidates should be safety-minded, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the shift
Repair and rebuild wooden pallets using hand and power tools
Perform general utility and warehouse support duties as needed
Inspect pallets for damage and ensure quality standards are met
Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Support production goals in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

Previous forklift experience preferred
Experience with pallet repair, construction, or general labor is a plus
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Strong work ethic and reliability required
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
