Forklift Operator / Pallet Repair Associate — $20–$22/hr + Piece Rate

Pay & Schedule

• $20–$22/hour, based on experience
• Piece rate opportunity — earn more the more you produce

What You'll Do

• Operate a forklift safely throughout your shift
• Repair and rebuild wooden pallets using hand and power tools
• Inspect pallets for damage and quality
• Load, unload, and move materials across the facility
• Handle general warehouse/utility tasks as needed
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus, but we can train the right candidate)
• Background in pallet repair, carpentry, construction, or general labor is a plus
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong, dependable work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a physically active, fast-paced environment
