Summary of Responsibilities
Prepare the OEM chassis for mounting with the module by installing the Braun electrical harness, installing the auxiliary lines for the A/C and heating unit, and installing other various options.
Summary of Activities

| Use machine and hand tools and running the plasma cutter and cutting torch | Cut, form and install components and install material within the vehicle | Â | Â |
| Installation of: | Intersection, grill, flashing lights, harness system, heater, AC lines, siren speakers, ignition solenoid, AC, grill switches, sway bar, grill guards and after market bumpers | Â | Â |
| Installation of: | Alternator grounds, neutral safety, security systems, door locks and suspension systems | Â | Â |
| Disassembly of chassis cab interior | Remove all interior components | Â | Â |
| Disconnection of chassis computer and battery cable preparation | Â | Â | Â |
| Route air lines and mount tanks | Mount tanks if applicable | Â | Â |

| Technical Skills/Competencies (technical knowledge, education and experience) |
| High School diploma or equivalent |
| Experience with small machinery, power, air and hand tools; and tape measure |
| Knowledge and experience with automotive servicing and/or repair |
| Knowledge and understanding of electrical schematics |

| Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds with assistance, regularly require to walk, talk and hear, reach with hands and arms, stand, crouch and kneel; frequently required to use hand to finger dexterity in order to handle objects, tools, and/or controls; occasionally required to stoop or crawl |
