What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in daily plant operations including batching, dispatching, and delivery coordination.
  • Monitor and support quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance.
  • Participate in inventory management of raw materials including aggregates, cement, and admixtures.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to understand equipment upkeep and reliability.
  • Shadow the production supervisor and area manager to learn operational decision-making and leadership practices.
  • Support safety initiatives and participate in safety audits and training.
  • Engage with customers and sales teams to understand service expectations and product performance.
  • Analyze operational and financial data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
