The ideal candidate will possess the following:Â
A minimum of 1 year supervisory/management experience in a high-volume restaurantÂ
The ability to work any shift/day of the week. Weekend and holiday availability are required.Â
Comprehensive wine, liquor and beer knowledgeÂ
Proven track record of excellent guest serviceÂ
Previous experience as a server or bartender in a high-volume restaurantÂ
Managing within a unionized environment and hotel experience are a plus!Â
