You’ll help bring our bold flavors and fan-favorite menu to life. Prepare and cook menu items like wings, burgers, and more Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties The duties of this position may change from time to time. Hourly Managers: Accruals range from 90 to 180 hours annually based on tenure. Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked in Washington. WA Paid Family and Medical Leave: Participation in the state-mandated insurance program. Holidays: 7 paid holidays for exempt management positions. Other Benefits: Includes volunteer leave for Civil Air Patrol or Volunteer Firefighters as required by state law.      Part-Time/Variable Employees - Other Benefits and Compensation Paid Time Off (PTO): Accruals are based on role classification and years of service: Retirement: Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) retirement plan.
