iM3 is looking for a driven Inside Imaging Sales Representative to join our on-site Vancouver team. If you excel at building instant rapport, listening carefully to client needs, and closing opportunities with confidence — we want to hear from you.
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Vancouver office and work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Note:Â This role involves working with digital imaging equipment, including digital X-ray generators. While our systems do not contain radioactive cores and emit radiation only during exposure, we follow strict safety protocols. All staff working near imaging equipment are required to wear radiation monitoring badges in compliance with regulatory and workplace safety standards.
About the Role
As an Inside Imaging Sales Representative, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers. You’ll guide them through the sales process, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and help drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process orders using in-house software
- Provide inside sales support to distribution partners and their customers
- Organize and support trade shows and labs
- Develop strong knowledge of the iM3 product line
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and industry events
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
Preferred
- BA, BS preferred.
- Experience in veterinary dental imaging is preferred.
- Experience in outside sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Experience in the veterinary industry.Â
- Sales Training or Certifications.
