We’re looking for BE/BC OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our department. We currently have 3 OB/GYN Hospitalists and are looking to expand this successful program. Our growing department consists of a total 20 Obstetrician Gynecologists, 15 Nurse Midwives, 4 Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners and 3 Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians who all work collaboratively to provide personalized care during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. We provide services at both local hospitals – PeaceHealth Southwest and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.

Additional details:

  • Full-time or Part-time position (1.0 – 0.5 FTE)

  • 1.0 FTE is 156 12-hour shifts/annually, or 13 shifts/month

  • Scheduled shifts will be 12-hour or 24-hour shifts

  • Call involves covering L&D at one hospital, backing up CNM group, as well as ER city call

  • Level 3 NICUs at both hospitals

  • Compensation is $162.50/hour or $338,000 annually (1.0 FTE)

  • Paid malpractice and tail coverage

  • Two-year partnership track with a reasonable buy-in
