About the Role

As Principal Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of Kägwerks’ high-tech military communications products, leading the architecture and technical direction of complex electronic and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities
Â
- Define electrical architectures and technical direction for advanced products and platforms.
- Lead complex electronic, embedded and ruggedized product development.
- Drive mixed-signal, digital, analog and power electronics design.
- Lead schematic, PCB, system integration, EMI/EMC and qualification activities.
- Solve complex technical challenges and lead critical design reviews.
- Influence product strategy, technology investment and future roadmaps.
- Champion engineering standards and mentor senior technical talent.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to drive future product capability.

About You
Â
You’re an experienced electrical engineering leader with deep expertise across electronic systems, embedded platforms and complex product development.
Your background includes digital and analog design, power electronics, high-speed systems, EMI/EMC, environmental qualification and system integration, with experience using tools such as Altium, Cadence, SPICE or MATLAB.
You’ll bring strong technical judgement, the ability to influence at a senior level and a passion for developing sophisticated technology that performs when it matters.
