TennMax America Inc., a global leader in EMI shielding and Thermal Management solutions based in Vancouver, WA, specializing in components for the Department of Defense and Aerospace industries. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Quality Control team.


What you’ll do: 

  • Perform precise measurements using calipers, gauges, lasers, and micrometers in accordance with mechanical drawings and schematics.
  • Record and enter documentation and measurement data into approved systems based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and verify compliance with applicable standards.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to ensure QC standards and customer specifications are consistently met.


Who we want:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Experience using a variety of inspection tools in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and the ability to interpret feature control frames, datums, and tolerance schemes.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications.
  • Demonstrate stable and reliable work history.
  • Hands‑on experience in manufacturing settings.
  • Skilled in the use of test and measuring equipment.
  • Preferred: experience with QMS, AS9100, and/or ISO 9000 standards.
