Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Reports To: Accessories Manager / Service Manager Position Summary The Automotive Window Tint Installer is responsible for professionally installing window tint film on customer, new, and used vehicles while maintaining dealership quality standards, production efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail. This role supports the dealership’s accessories and appearance operations by delivering high-quality installations that enhance vehicle appearance, comfort, and customer satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install automotive window tint film on passenger vehicles, trucks, and SUVs Prepare vehicle glass and surfaces before installation Ensure clean, bubble-free, and high-quality tint applications Remove and replace defective or damaged tint when necessary Utilize tint plotters, hand-cutting tools, and installation equipment properly Inspect completed work to ensure dealership quality standards are met Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer installation guidelines Communicate production status and any installation concerns to management Assist with detail work, accessory installations, and appearance services as needed Safely move and park customer and inventory vehicles Maintain proper care of tools, materials, and dealership property, cleanliness, and organization of the tint installation area Deliver work promptly while maintaining a high workmanship standard Qualifications Previous automotive window tint installation experience required  Experience installing PPF is optional but preferred  Knowledge of automotive tint film products and installation techniques  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment  Professional attitude and appearance  Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record  Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in varying temperatures throughout the day Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods  Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach frequently  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds  Manual dexterity required for precision installations Working Conditions  Indoor dealership and shop environment  Exposure to cleaning chemicals, adhesives, and automotive products  Fast-paced production-oriented atmosphere Performance Expectations Maintain high-quality installation standards  Meet production and completion timelines  Minimize installation defects and rework  Maintain professionalism with team members and guests  Support overall dealership appearance and guest satisfaction goals   Qualifications
