Job DetailsJob Location: 0155 St. Joseph Parish, Vancouver - Vancouver, WA 98661Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeSalary Range: $17.90 - $19.90 HourlyInstruction Aides at St. Joseph Catholic School play a crucial role in supporting the academic and spiritual development of students in grades K-8.  The Instructional Aide helps create a nurturing, inclusive and effective learning environment in line with our Catholic faith and the school mission.  An aide assists the teachers with lesson plans and instructional activities that align with the school's curriculum and Catholic teachings.  An aide provides one on one support to students who require additional assistance.  An aide communicates effectively with teachers, students, peers and parents to support student learning and well-being. An aide participates in school activities, events and religious observances as a model of Catholic faith.   QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher in Education preferred.  Previous experience working with children preferred.  Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff and parents.     Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
