You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and document observations with clear communication. You will also assist employees and visitors with directions and basic service needs, bringing a people-first mindset. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific policies, completing security-related procedures, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including interior and perimeter areas, watching for unusual activity and/or policy violations that may help to deter unwanted behavior.
• Monitor access points and authorized entry procedures, checking identification and/or visitor logs where required, and reporting unauthorized access attempts.
• Complete accurate reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate key information during shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
