Job Title: Wellness Coordinator

Are you an outgoing individual with a passion for wellness and customer service? The Joint Chiropractic is seeking dynamic and energetic candidates to join our team as Wellness Coordinators. As a Wellness Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients while contributing to the success of our membership-focused model.
Responsibilities:
路 Patient Check-In: Greet and check-in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
路 Intake Paperwork: Assist patients with completing intake paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
路 Membership Sales: Utilize your sales background to promote and sell wellness memberships, educating patients on the benefits of regular chiropractic care.
路 Sales Transactions: Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately, providing a seamless experience for patients.
路 Lead Outreach: Make outbound calls to leads, providing information about our services and converting leads into appointments and memberships.
路 Community Outreach: Reach out to community partners to build and strengthen relationships, promoting The Joint Chiropractic and fostering collaboration.
路 Issue Resolution: Address minor patient issues with professionalism and a customer-centric approach, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
路 Light Cleaning: Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patients.
Qualifications:
路 Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for promoting wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
路 Previous sales experience is preferred; candidates with a background in sales are highly encouraged to apply.
路 Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with patients.
路 Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
路 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
路 Basic computer skills for transactional sales and data entry.
路 Comfortable working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
