Essential Functions

Complete daily tasks and property walks with guidance from the Community Manager
Keep grounds, common areas, and amenities clean and free of debris
Assist with basic cleaning, light maintenance, and preparing units for new residents

Qualifications

No formal experience required; prior cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus
Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
Basic communication skills (phone, email, or apps)

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work in a variety of conditions
